The Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) is a statewide organization in Missouri that exists to serve the needs of elementary and middle school principals, assistant principals and those educators interested in becoming elementary or middle level principals.
MAESP membership is now open for the 2023-2024 year. Membership runs July 1 - June 30.

MLDS Video Series
The MLDS (Missouri Leadership Development System) is a comprehensive set of professional learning experiences designed by and for Missouri school leaders. This on-demand series is intended to preview, complement, and introduce a few of the nearly 100 leadership lessons that are contained in the MLDS curriculum.
MAESP is dedicated to the supporting the development and continuous learning of educational leaders and their staff. We offer a wide variety of professional development opportunities throughout the year.
