- MAESP offers opportunities for association networking with your
colleagues through district meetings.
- MAESP advocates legislation to strengthen the role of the
elementary principal and to improve education in Missouri.
- MAESP officers and committee members represent elementary
administrators at educational meetings and hearings.
- MAESP conducts the annual Spring Conference, the New School
Leaders Training, and other special meetings.
- MAESP provides for professional growth opportunities.
- MAESP members receive regular publications to keep them
informed on professional concerns and association activities.
- MAESP sponsors a state banquet to honor Missouri Distinguished
Principals.
- MAESP provides additional services through partnerships with
private business organizations.
- MAESP maintains an effective liaison with the State Department
of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
